Refund and Returns Policy

At Honey Beee, we are committed to delivering pure, premium-quality honey products to our customers. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged or leaked
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective or tampered with during transit

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Proof

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Packaging images
  • Short explanation of the issue

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in approved cases such as:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after payment

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


3. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may provide a free replacement in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Packaging is tampered with

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened honey jars
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders requested for return after 48 hours of delivery

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations

Honey Beee will not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
